Nothing puts smiles on our faces like hearing from people who enjoy our pies. And this story, shared by Chelsea from the St. Louis area, reminds us of the reason we do what we do. It’s an honor for Tippin’s to be part of family traditions like this one.
Here is Chelsea’s story:
“I wanted to write to you to tell you how much your company means to me. I can’t tell you how many years ago, seems like forever… (I’m 27 – should I really be saying that?!) Anyway, my mother would always stop into Dierberg’s when she needed a pick-me-up and no, she wouldn’t buy alcohol – she would buy a Tippin’s Coconut Cream pie and if you touched it, you got in big trouble!
“When I moved out of the house years ago, I started bringing my mom Tippin’s Coconut Cream pies whenever I visit. Every time it puts a huge smile on her face to see her grandson and her pie… I’m not sure which one makes her happier. (Maybe I don’t want to know that answer? Haha!)
“By the way, since I’m on my own, I buy one for myself too, so I don’t get yelled at for touching hers! Thanks for putting a smile on our faces for so many years. Your pies have definitely had an impact on us, and we will be customers as long as you keep making your pies!”
At Tippin’s, we appreciate the privilege of being part of your family celebrations, special occasions and everyday moments. Thanks to Chelsea (that’s her on the right) and her mom (on the left) for being loyal Tippin’s customers and for making our day!
If you have a Tippin’s story, we’d love to hear it. Please share it with us on our Stories page.
